Ballantyne Auditorium is Kirkwood’s 364-seat Performing Arts facility and home to the talented students involved in Music and Theatre.
Ballantyne Auditorium is located at 6301 Kirkwood Blvd. SW in Cedar Rapids. Use the south campus entrance and follow the signs to Ballantyne Auditorium through the Mansfield Center. An accessible elevator is available to the left of the staircase that leads down to the auditorium.

The Visual and Performing Arts at Kirkwood awards nearly $140,000 in scholarships each year. Awards range from $500 to $2000 per semester and are available to students enrolled in any of the more than 120 career and college transfer programs at Kirkwood.
Performing arts scholarship auditions will be held on Friday, March 31, 2023.
