The Human Resources certificate is part of the Management associate's degree program. The certificate consists of 15 program hours to give you a strong background in management, talent acquisition, benefits, and other essential human resources functions.

First Semester

  • CSC-116 - Information Computing - 3 Credit Hours
  • MGT-101 - Principles of Management - 3 Credit Hours
  • MGT-170 - Human Resource Management - 3 Credit Hours

Second Semester

  • MGT-171 - Human Resource Strategies - Talent Management and Employee Relations - 3 Credit Hours
  • MGT-179 - Human Resources Strategies - Total Rewards, Safety and Labor - 3 Credit Hours
